In 2015 I purchased a new 2015 Silverado 3500 Diesel from West Brothers, BIG MISTAKE. On my fourth oil change, at 23,626 miles I found out General Motors is paying West Brothers for two years or 24,000 miles oil filters and diesel exhaust fluid, at that time they had never put any DEF in my truck. They always tried to sell it to me. I went back to have that done. When I got home, I looked, and they had not greased the eight fittings. I went back again to get that done. Three trips there at 60 miles round trip for a simple oil change. Service manager Joe Boulware gave me the run around on the DEF. I went to the General Manager Stephen Dazey. He gave me $100.00 to help with the DEF fluid that I had purchased. That was a good deal from West Brothers. On oil change number five, they greased my truck. On 10/27/17 at my last oil change they did not grease it again. I looked and they also stripped the two air cleaner cover screw heads out. I called Stephen Dazey, and he said it would be taken care of. I went back again. Joe Boulware called as I was getting off at the Sullivan Exit. I told him I would be there in 3-4 minutes. He would not come look at the truck. They took the two screws out, replacing them witht
We have 2 trucks that we take to West Bros. for service...always perfect work and an enjoyable experience. Everyone and everything at West Bros. is perfect and we will continue to make the 45 minute drive to them in the future.
Very harassing people, called dozens of times, all from different numbers and people. Also very poor prices on their vehicles. Wanted over triple the KBB price.
1" screws that were too short. They would not grease the fittings. On Monday, 10/30/17 I took the wheels off, and sent pictures to Stephen Dazey of the ball joints and fittings covered in dirt. On Wednesday Joe Boulware called and stated Mr Dazey said to take care of it. Mr Boulware said it looked greased to him, but to bring it in again. I told him no because I had been there already two times, and I would not be back again. He said we were done. I then went to General Motors, and they sent me to a different General Motors dealer to have it looked at. That dealership verified that it was not greased. General Motors sent me a $100.00 voucher to have it done correctly. I have pictures and video of the vin, mileage, and fittings, if anyone at West Brothers cares to look. I bought two new trucks, sent my sister in law, and my niece to West Brothers with vouchers. I bought a new 2017, but did not consider West Brothers. West Brothers needs to get a Service Manager that can get things done right, such as a simple oil change. I recommend General Motors to everyone. I recommend West Brothers to NO ONE. Now, Mr. Boulware we are done!
Had a issue with my Jeep and took it over to have it looked at. I had my dog in the car and they let me take her in the waiting room. They had to order the part and I came back the next day, quick and friendly service. All under warranty so it was a bonus.
Way over priced ! I was looking at a 2012 Chevy Tahoe is it all my research on the vehicle through Kelly blue book and several dealers I mean 12 dealers with that car and less miles and more options.When my my said we were interested in the Suv the gentleman told my wife he could let it go for $30,000 are your serious we ended up going somewhere else and got a 2014 with less miles and way more options for $19,000 just be careful that Suv blue booked for $20,000 on the very high end so I'm confused why they soul think their Suv should be $10,000 more just baffled
