This place is really nice inside and has really kind workers, too. I went in here to have 2 screen protectors put on and my phone cleaned and the workers were just so nice about it.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn't seem too educated on cell phones though. One of the staff didn't even know what megapixles were. I wouldn't go there if I had a serious problem. They are good for buying phones or prepaid services.
I always enjoy going in to this location. They stay busy and always seem understaffed when I go in, but I'm always acknowledged when I walk in which is something missing from other locations. Get these people some help and it will be a better location!
Seems they want to make a sale but wont do much to help you later when i had a problem.
Took my old phone in to have. It transfer to new phone I could tell helper didn't want to do it very rude and didn't do it right went back to have It redone and complain to manager had to go back for insurance claim the helper who was very nice in the past was very rude and I was sent a flip phone for my iPhone this was no mistake so don't.complain about help I won't go back
