Denny's was great but 6 school buses full of teens came in and Flying J was not prepared for the mayhem that ensued. The truckers couldn't get near the counter to pick up gas tickets and we could not make our purchases because the teachers or monitors were not controlling the kids. They were all over the place, yelling and it was a cluster. I'm not sure what the store could have done but I was scared right out of there.
Worst gas station in the Sullivan area, the employees seem like they haven't been trained good at all on top of that I have had countless problems with both mobile cigarette coupons and paper coupons, over 3 different times this place has costed me mobile coupons due to the registers not taking them and there inability to write down the information that the app provides them to take it manually, today they refused a Newport coupon because it advertised Newport Platinum but clearly said "good for any type of Newport ciggaret" ended up having to go to a different gas station like I have had to do in the past and the other place took the coupon because they clearly know what they are doing compared to this place. I will be contacting there company and the TC that I get my coupons from to address this problem and I am done doing business at this location.
When we went on school bus trips at school, we were made to behave when inside stores.
Nice area for RV's away from the trucks. So quiet.
Your typical Flying J. Hot showers but really small. Great employees. Dead mouse welcoming guests at door, which was quickly dealt with .
Just your ordinary understaffed truck stop with long lines at checkout. Clean shower. Very nice young man taking care of showers. Offered me an extra towel.
