My first experience with Juergens Heating & Cooling of Sullivan, Missouri was outstanding! During a routine spring routine inspection (1st inspection on our units in 12 years) the professional staff identified a “melting disconnect” on our air conditioner. Without the thorough inspection this part could have caused a fire to our home. The service men were extremely professional and respectful of our home. I would definitely recommend Juergens Heating and Cooling of Sullivan, Missouri.
Saved Me From Disaster!
Technician came out to look at unit, everything they check was not checked properly. Unit was dirty, Freon was completely empty after they said it was OK. Had 30 days for them to come back out but we had not moved into the new house yet because our closing date was half way through the 30 days. Called 2 days after the 30 days and they said "Well if your asking if we will recheck for free, no, we wont." Owner was very rude on the phone.

Fast Service at a great price! Juergens Heating & Cooling is a great company to work with and are very friendly and professional. Our rental house called and their furnace went out on one of the coldest weekends of the year. We called Juergens and they got out there on a Saturday. They got them back up and running in no time. Their service was exceptional and I will definitely recommend them!
Not good.tech didn't not know what he was doing. Out from in unit didn't check anything else.. compressor wasn't working.leak in connection where Freon was put in.charged us over $300. Freon leaked completely out..was not thorough in his examination of unit.
