They take very good care of my mother in her last days
This place is an absolute disgrace. When the residents push their call button you're luck if someone shows up, and when they do it takes at least 15 minutes. People stop by and say, "I'll be right back.". How long do they expect 80+ year olds to hold their bladder? Something needs to be done!
