The place is literally an afternoon meeting cafe... nobody keeps quiet, not even the librarians. Seems like people there don't know what's the behavior you should have when being in a library. They excuse themselves saying it's a small town, Please!

Went in to make copies and use the PC. The staff was helpful and courteous. Copies are cheap and there is nice equipment !
