Unfortunately you would be much better off taking the extra time and driving to St. Clair. The attitudes in this office are poor, you receive minimal help and information. The office is constantly backed up and running slow, so if by chance you plan on staying here (instead of taking my advice) don't use your lunch hour or a break - make sure you have plenty of time and bring a good book .. because you're gonna be there for awhile !
I came from a town in the West. Let me tell you folks this place rocks instead of wasting 3 hours it takes as little as 10 minutes! I will take that any day. They are helpful and answer any questions.
If you have no good way to waste a few hours this is your place. If you're in a hurry I advise going to Cuba or Steelville license office. The ten minute drive will save you about an hour worth of listening to unrelentless small talk while you wait to die of old age. The women in this building have no sense of time or urgency. Once you walk through the doors everything slows down dramatically. Please don't come here, you will thank me.
