I live 5 hours away from my daughter and she was in a rough way. Single parent of 6 adopted kids and vehicle and her stranded at home. Without any hesitation he agreed to go look at the vehicle. This was done by phone with no idea if he'd get paid. Thank you sir for your kindness. I'm going to stop and tell you thanks personally next time I am there.
I had my radiator blow today and needed a tow. This company came to my car on I44 within 30 minutes. They where super quick and the gentleman was extremely nice to me. They have a very dangerous job and I am thankful they turned my bad situation into a great experience.

Wednesday night as we drove across country to take my daughter to university, the altenator went out on the highway in Sullivan, MO. I used my #USAA Towing service. Chucks B&B Towing arrive quickly and was courteous and professional. Because it was night, Chuck parked our jam packed truck at the repair facility where it was well lit and had security cameras. Thank you #USAA for making an inconvenience easy to deal with by selecting caring and professional partners for roadside assist. Thank you Chuck for exceeding our expectations at a time of worry!

I went to the grocery store, came home, got my kids out of the car and inside my house as it was sooo cold ! Went back out to start unloading groceries and .. my kids locked my keys in my car ! NICE ! Wouldn't have been a big deal (it was so cold my groceries would've been fine) but I had to take my kids to school the next day. Called AAA and they sent Chuck's. The driver (I wish I could remember his name) was so nice (I felt awful because by this time it was 8pm and again, cold and windy. Oh yeah - I live about 25 min outside Sullivan city limits) and courteous. He understood what I was dealing with because he had kids of his own ! The driver was fast and got my keys out in no time ! I appreciate Chuck's and would def recommend in the future !
