I don't think the problem is with the fidelity team or its intentions, rather the old and equipment that they have.

The worst wifi ever

had no problems with service till they added a random tech advancement fee to my bill that wasn't on my contract, left them for that bullshit

I haven't had a problem getting a tech here, but I regret having FIDO installed about a month ago. Once a week the TV signal goes out and i have to call them to reset it or unplug the signal wires on the boxes. This makes dish look better every day.

Cuba is getting At&t fiber laid as we speak!!! Its just a matter of time!

Looking forward to spending our money wisely with better service soon! $93 a month for less than 8gb of downloading speed is crazy

Monthly rates seem to be getting bigger all the time. 170 bucks a is crazy for internet, local phone, and one hd receiver!!!Tried to figure out if there were any way to lower my bill and they won't discuss my account info without a password that I don't even remember setting up?? Have been a customer for over 3 years and they have never had a problem adding to my account or taking my money without this password. The online payment option didn't work and they couldn't tell me why only suspend the account and want to charge late fees!! I'm done with these games. They can have their equipment back and I'll go back to dish. Least the foreigners will try to help customers!!! Customer service is unless you have questions, problems, or any kind of issue. Then they disappear.

The landline phone service is full of static. The internet is unreliable and comes and goes in waves. Then when a tech is needed it doesn't happen quickly. I was to have a call back in 10-15 min and had to call them back after an hour, twice.

I really wish At&t would take over this mom and pop operation..
