Standard fare for a Dairy Queen, my main problem with this location is that they wanted to charge me .38 cents to put barbecue sauce on my chicken sandwich. I was told, "We charge for everything. "
If this location is slow (no cars in the parking lot, no one at the drive through), you might get decent service. However, if they have anything resembling a rush of any magnitude, they fall completely apart. Their communication with customers and each other is terrible, they can't prioritize orders well enough to keep everything straight, and they miss whole chunks of orders for more than one or two people. Today I witnessed the whole crew come out of the back to yell at a customer who had been waiting for 30 minutes on an order of small fries. They actually told her to 'go somewhere else'. There was a line of people waiting on food, cars wrapped around the drive through... what on earth? Give the woman her fries and get back to work! Seriously, who yells at a customer to go somewhere else?!
Please customer service do something about this store. I waited 8 minutes for someone to be at the register to take my order. Service was rude. Everyone seems to not know whats going on. A old lady asked for 1 pack of ranch they said that she had to pay 38 cents. I paid for it. Then she asked for it they told her mam i have customers even though i paid for it. Absolute worst service ive ever had at a dairy queen. I will never come back to this store.
With a Steak and Shake right nearby, and a Lion's Choice, Burger King and McDonald's all with better service reviews, seriously: pass this DQ by. Oh, and please note: if you want ranch dip or honey mustard instead of ketchup, prepare to pay for it. They actually charge you a quarter for each little tub. Forget it.
Asked about special on 2 blizzards, chose our flavors, paid, noticed we didn't get the special price. We were told those flavors didn't get the special price. Said they could refund and order different flavors to get the special price. So they threw away 2 blizzards, and made us 2 more, made me wait 5 more minutes, and gave me back $5.30. Efficient.
Showed up and hours dont match whats posted on line. Dissapointed so i drove off. They open at 11:45 on sundays not 10:30 like its posted fyi!
