Came in with family of 10 they were busy but they got us sat rather quickly. The server was nice and well mannered, they got us our drink order first and our shakes. Then took our food order, it all came out hot and fresh everything tasted delicious. We were able to save money think to the kids eat free! Not sure what the other reviews are talking about. 10/10 best place in sullivan
I love steak n shakes food. Certain staff are very nice but some can be forgetful. I've heard some negative stories from people who worked there. There's always a pretty good wait for the food. But they also are always pretty busy. There shoestring fries are amazing.
Ordered placed in their system at 605. 2 bowls of chilli and 1 spicy chicken sandwich. Received the lukewarm chili at 625 and the sandwich finally came at 640. We didn't want to eat separate.
I had a egg burger deal. It was pretty good. Nice place with nice atmosphere. I can't really complain. I wish the fries weren't as dry though.
They weren't busy. Right before we received the sandwich another customer was upset and wanted to speak with a manager.
We ordered 4 shakes and waited over 40 minutes. They never came. I asked for my money back, but was never given an apology. I called the number on the receipt to explain the poor service and was told I'd be contacted by someone. Never happened. Don't waste your time with this place.
