Route 66 Autocare, Terry has taken $1850 of our money for repairs that were never made to my vehicle. It was dropped off to replace the timing and after 2 months we were given a date it would be done. That date came and Terry said he had other customers that he needed to take care of first. I told him we had to have it by 12/21, Terry said several times we'd have it by Christmas. The week of Christmas I had to call again and Terry said he is only working one day that week and he agreed to make all repairs and have it returned to me by 1/7/16. Terry said no problem. Terry called that week to inform us it would need a new motor and an additional $1000. Frustrated with this information we had no option to put a replacement motor in and requested our money back minus a diagnostic fee of $350. Terry said he would return our money since no repairs were made. I reached back out to him 1/28 to find out when we could get our money and he said he doesn't have it and would see what he could get the coming weekend. We STILL have not heard from him or received ANY of our money back. I have filed a claim with the BBB and the Attorney General.
