These people are crooks!! They take your money and still turn you in to their attorney for more than what they should. It cost me more money to fight them in court than what they claim i owe, and that i okay because they are money hungry greedy people. I lived in one of their rental properties briefly and they have poor poor management skills. I had a broken toilet the whole time i was there and a spider infestation from day one that they said "go buy the stuff and take care of it, and i will reimburse your expense" um last time i checked, its up to the property management to do these things. They don't care. I told them numerous times that the carpet had a urine smell from the previous renters and they said they would fix it many times and failed to do that in the short 4 months i was there. I literally had to move because i was so disgusted in their property. They are nothing but small town trash, trying to make it big with no skills. Horrible people. I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy.
I lived with my grandmother till the day she died and anytime we had an issue they would send someone out to fix the problem the next day. I do love renting from TPM they treated us well and plan to rent from them again

These people are crooks. I went in to pay rent and by time i got home i had note on door telln me i had 5 days to move out. I had problems first day we moved in found out the pressure tank in cellar was bad and had ran for a yr almost before we found out why electric was 300+ a mnth. They didnt reimburse us . So we ate that lost. Now i find out today while trying to buy my very first house and i cant because i have a judgement against me for 790$ . Thats more than rent . We had to pay first last mnths rent plus deposit 1400+ . How do i owe them anymore money i dont . Nothing was ever fixed by them . One of the owners i know for a fact embezzlement money and was fired from job. I wouldnt trust these people at all they are crooks.
